Shipping Terms

We understand that you often need parts to finish your project ASAP. That’s why we aim to get all online orders to you as fast as possible. We offer:

  • Fast Australia-wide shipping
  • Same day dispatch 
  • Express delivery on most orders 

Orders are sent via Australia Post ensuring safe delivery and tracking for your parcel.

Shipping is free for orders over $30. (Some items excluded such as handrail lengths.)

We guarantee to ship orders the same day you place your order (excluding weekends). Simply place your order by 12 noon (QLD time) and we’ll pick, pack, and ship your order the same day. Delays may occur if we need to verify your details or if fraud prevention checks are required. Weekend orders are shipped the first business day after.

What happens if there’s a breakage during shipping?

All Trade Glass Depot orders are shipped in custom-made cartons and are handpicked and packed by our specially trained team using materials designed to minimise movement and damage during shipping. Breakages are very rare. When you receive your shipment, if you discover a broken panel, simply take a photograph of the goods and send it to our Customer Service team. We insure all deliveries for your peace of mind and to ensure you won’t be out of pocket.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, please allow up to 48 hours for it to be packed and crated correctly. We take great care when packing your order to ensure that all glass arrives on site in mint condition. We have a remarkably low rate of breakages; far lower than industry average.

Return Policy

At Trade Glass Depot, we value customer satisfaction. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, our return policy offers a 30-day window for returns, subject to specific conditions:

1. Genuine quality issue or incorrect product, as determined by our team.
2. Item must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition.
3. Original packaging, accessories, manuals, and documentation required.

To initiate a return, contact our Customer Service team with your order number, issue description, and photographs (if applicable). Upon return approval, further instructions will be provided.
